Kids' Camp will be June 9th-12th at CrossTimbers Camp in Davis, OK. Kids' Camp is for those who have JUST COMPLETED 3rd through 5th grade as of June 2026.

The cost for camp is $283 if paid online or $275 if paid by cash or check. Cost will cover food, lodging, and transportation. A $50 non refundable deposit is due to hold you child's registration spot.

Before you sign up:

• We were not able to purchase as many camper spots this year. In the event that we fill all of our spots. We will open a waiting list; but there are no guarantees that we will be able to purchase more spaces. If we are unable to take waitlisted students, all costs, including deposit, will be refunded. 
• We want every child and sponsor to have the opportunity for a safe, fun, distraction free camp experience. Sometimes this requires difficult, honest conversations between our kid ministry team and parents. As much as we desire to take every child to camp, we must take many factors into consideration; including the individual needs of each child, and the level of specialized training and experience possessed by our amazing, unpaid, generous adult volunteer camp sponsors. 
• Because we want the best for each person attending; Central Kids reserves the right to request a pre-camp interview with a camper's parent(s) to assess an individual child's readiness to attend overnight camp. In the event that camp attendance may be too challenging for a child in this season of their life, we reserve the right to 1) request that an *approved* same-gender parent or designee attend camp with the child, (*Approved* includes the parent/designee passing required background checks, completing online abuse prevention training, and attending all pre-camp sponsor training meetings with the kid min team.) or 2) ask that the child not attend camp this summer with a full refund on all camp costs paid.

Important:

• Camp fees must be paid in full by Sunday, May 31st.
• BOTH parents and students are required to attend a pre-camp meeting together: either on May 31st at 12:30pm OR June 3rd at 6:00pm. If the parent and child cannot attend at the scheduled time they must make an appointment to meet with Miss Mindy in person on or before June 3rd.  
• Parents and volunteers that attend as camp sponsors are subject to additional background checks and sexual abuse prevention training. Sponsors attend for free and their child is eligible for a $100 discount.
• As part of our commitment to keeping children safe, we will discuss expectations and procedures during the mandatory pre-camp meeting that will help children build awareness and personal body safety standards. 
• Registration is NOT COMPLETE and camp spot is NOT GUARANTEED until the $50 deposit is paid AND the additional CrossTimbers' registration is completed - link below. 
• Please have insurance and medication information ready when you register. You have a limited time in which to complete the registration.
